The following are member’s rights:
- The membership of a CHAMBER OF TIJARAH (COT) will be activated within 3 working days of submission of the enrolment form and payment of membership fees.
- Every member will get referral benefit of a gift voucher of Rs 500, after the referred member pays the membership fees.
- Each CHAMBER OF TIJARAH (COT) member will be provided business leads that are generated within the chapter. Chartered members can access the leads from National and International chapters.
- Each CHAMBER OF TIJARAH (COT) member will be offered an internal insurance facility wherein he will be insured against business loss.
- The member will get preferential investment opportunity for any business that is being set up by another member open for public investment.
- The member who dedicates the highest percentage to charity will get listed on the top in the Search engine.
- The charity need not be given to any specific organization or purpose, the donor is free to donate where they like to donate.
- Every member should try and provide referrals to the other members of the CHAMBER OF TIJARAH (COT) to facilitate business growth for their chapter members and each business referral will earn bonus points which can be converted to membership fee discounts.
- A CHAMBER OF TIJARAH (COT) member can be member in only one chapter at any point of time. A CHAMBER OF TIJARAH (COT) member can request for transfer of membership from one chapter to another in case he shifts his business to a different location.
- If Member has multiple business, he/she shall take separate membership
The following are member’s responsibilities:
● Every member has to provide the details such as the Name, Type of Business, Date of Establishment, Ownership, and Products/services offered financial turnover and a few other details at the time of enrolment. All these details can be filled online.
● Each member has to pay an annual membership fee of Rs 5000 for Executive Membership.
● Each member has to pay an annual membership fee of Rs 10000 for the Charter Membership,
● A member can pay a one-time fee of Rs. 1,00,000 or Rs.2,00,000 to gain a lifetime Executive membership or Lifetime Charter membership to enjoy hassle free smooth operations for lifetime(means 30 years), So that you don't have to pay any renewal membership and you can enjoy all the present benefits of Chamber Of Tijarah (COT) as well as you can avail the future benefits, which would be added regularly from time to time.
● The Member has to submit the KYC details to update the financial turnover figures and any change in ownership.
● Every member should provide quality services at competitive prices.
● Every member should be ethical in their business dealings.
● Every member is requested to dedicate a small percentage of profit towards charity.
● Every member should abide by the rules and regulations as specified in the charter of CHAMBER OF TIJARAH (COT)). Any willful violation of membership rules and regulations will result in forfeiture of membership.
● Each CHAMBER OF TIJARAH (COT)) chapter will have elected council of office bearers for the following positions: President, Vice President and Secretary &treasurer. The chapter will also have other office bearers in the form of executive members. Detailed guidelines regarding the various positions and their responsibilities will be issued by COT (OF TIJARAH) from time to time.
● Each CHAMBER OF TIJARAH (COT)) member should attend the monthly meetings and quarterly meetings regularly to get full value out of their membership.
● Each chapter can have maximum 100 members.
